Well, it had happened; he and Pinky had finally been caught.

Jak sat in the defendant's box, looking around the courtroom with interest. He'd never been court-martialed before.

"His Excellency! Rufus T. Firefly!" The court breaks into the national anthem as Usagi walks in carrying a small leather portfolio. He takes his seat behind the bench, pulling a glass, a jug of milk, and two sandwhiches out. He reaches in, not finding what he is looking for and peers inside the suitcase before looking at his lieutenant.

"Lieutenant! Why weren't the original indictment papers placed in my portfolio?"



"Not important? Do you realize I had my dessert wrapped in those papers?" He hands the empty glass jug to the Secretary of Finance, "Here take this back and get two cents for it."
